We all know the story, you make a mountain of pulled pork for a meal and have a ton leftover but don’t know what to make with it. I know, it’s a VERY serious problem. Luckily, we have a solution. Here are 5 of our favorite meals to make out of all that meat.

Pulled Pork Nachos
Nachos make an exceptional finger food for house parties. Make this meal your own by adding your favorite toppings like peppers or sour cream.
For these nachos, you can choose to make your own tortilla chips or simply pick up a bag of tortilla chips.
Layer your chips on a baking sheet, top with your pulled pork, cheese, and favorite toppings. Place your baking sheet in the oven or on the grill and cook until the cheese has melted. Then, enjoy!
Grilled Beer Cheese and Pulled Pork Sandwiches
A twist on the childhood favorite, grilled cheese. These sandwiches are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering and they are so simple to make when you have leftover pulled pork.
You make this dish the same way as any other grilled cheese. The only difference is the time you toast the sandwich on each side. Since you don’t have to wait for the cheese to melt, you can flip the sandwich sooner than you would with a regular grilled cheese.

Piggy Mac (Leftover Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese)
When cooking for a large group, nothing is easier than Piggy Mac. At the most basic level, this dish is simply mixing a lot of Mac & Cheese with a lot of pulled pork. However, you can add several veggies and seasonings to make it your own.

Smoked Pulled Pork Wontons

Feel free to get creative with your filling and dipping sauces. Coleslaw and green onions are great for a cool, crunchy filling, and I love using spicey mayo for the sauce!
